I wanted to thank you for the wonderful work you did on the restoration of my Victrola VV-111. It looks fantastic—truly a work of art—and I am very proud to have it in my home.

I also very much appreciated your prompt service, fair pricing, and excellent communication throughout the process. Everything was seamless, and it was a real pleasure doing business with New England Victrola. I enjoyed meeting Jon personally as well.

The Victrola made the trip back to Virginia just fine.

Best regards,
John

Jon recently rebuilt the motor and tonearm on my Victrola, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, his communication was clear, prompt, and honest—he took the time to explain what was needed and what to expect. The workmanship is excellent, with great attention to detail, and everything now operates smoothly as it should. The pricing was more than fair for the quality of work provided, especially considering the care and knowledge required for these machines. Jon is a true professional and a genuine asset to the Victrola community. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have their Victrola properly serviced or restored. Thanks again, Jon!

I would give MORE stars if I could!! Jon performed an amazing rehab of my Victrola motor board and the tone arm/reproducer. A very meticulous job! He kept me in the loop all the way, with lots of photos and a few short videos that he sent me once he had it up and running. Highly, HIGHLY recommended!! (So, OK…9/10 stars!)

What a great experience! I cannot say enough about my experience with Jon at New England Victrola. Jon promptly answered all my questions about restoring the motor and recorder on my Victrola. He called to talk about my pieces, what needed to be done, and gave me some great advice on restoring the cabinet of my Victrola. Everything looks great and all the pieces came back very well wrapped and protected. Jon went above and beyond what I expected, and I will use New England Victrola for any work I need to have done in the future! Couldn’t be happier!! Thank you!
